In Procurement , we focus on evolving and optimizing the entire value chain related to purchasing, ensuring structured supplier relationships, competitive contractual terms, and efficiency and sustainability. Contribute to the company’s growth by managing strategic projects with direct impact on management control at an international scale. Responsibilities Automate procurement processes by designing and implementing digital workflows (e-procurement, e-signing, intelligent approvals). Build a structured database of purchasing specifications, mapping requirements, KPIs, and internal/external catalogs. Lead spend analysis using artificial intelligence, generate predictive insights, dynamic dashboards, and identify savings opportunities and risk areas. Manage contract renewals and renegotiations strategically, focusing on software licenses, maintenance services, SaaS solutions, and related professional services. Develop the vendor landscape through scouting, due diligence, and benchmarking of global and specialized suppliers. Influence internal functions (IT, Finance, Legal) while promoting a culture focused on total cost of ownership and long-term sustainable value creation. Qualifications 5–7 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, ideally within a strategic consulting firm or a global technology company, with autonomy and an entrepreneurial mindset. In-depth knowledge of the software supplier market (on-premises and SaaS) and related professional services. Strong ability to manage strategic negotiations and contract management with an analytical, value-driven approach. Experience in spend analysis using BI tools and TCO models, with the ability to communicate insights clearly. Familiarity with e-procurement suites, analytics tools, and applying AI/ML models to procurement in a data-driven, continuous improvement context. Strong stakeholder management to influence cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Legal) through effective communication. Fluent English (C1); knowledge of French is an asset.
