Blacksand Property Management is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our growing team in Badung, Bali. In this contract role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our business by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities within the property management industry. Responsibilities Conducting market research to identify potential clients and growth areas Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of prospective clients Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to win new business Negotiating and closing deals with new clients Collaborating with the wider team to ensure seamless service delivery Monitoring industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities Reporting on sales performance and providing recommendations for improvement Requirements Proven track record in business development, preferably within the property management or related industry Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients Proficient in market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, dynamic environment J-18808-Ljbffr
