Embedded C Firmware Engineer - MOTORSPORT Athena, a global company founded in 1973, is seeking an Embedded C Firmware Engineer for the GET division. The successful candidate will support the development of Powertrain Automotive Electronic Controllers. The ideal candidate will be a team player with experience in the entire development process, from concept to design, implementation, and test. They should have at least 2 years of experience in high-level C and assembler programming for embedded systems, as well as good knowledge of English (level B2 or higher). Responsibilities: The candidate will work on the development of Powertrain Automotive Electronic Controllers, utilizing tools based on Linux OS. They will need to understand and work with interrupts, software, and target hardware environments. Requirements: Experience in the entire development process, from concept to design, implementation, and test; Ability to understand and resolve problems at both system and code levels; At least 2 years of experience in high-level C and assembler programming for embedded systems; Teamwork and proactivity; Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects; Good knowledge of English (level B2 or higher). Preferred Qualifications: University degree in Electronic or Computer Engineering or similar; Technical knowledge in the automotive field; Knowledge of logic analyzers, scopes, and test/debugging tools; Knowledge of microcontrollers (ST Microelectronic, Freescale-NXP S08, Renesas); Knowledge of ARM and Linux OS; Experience in hardware design.
