We are looking for a Battery Production Engineer who, under the supervision of the Production Engineering Team Leader, will be responsible for creating the production plan and managing the battery assembly processes, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Main Responsibilities and Activities Create the battery production plan, with the support of the engineering and project management departments; Coordinate and supervise the activities of operators and potential suppliers, respecting the plan and managing any changes promptly; Ensure that the process complies with the planned assembly documentation and the correct use of management tools; Support the quality department in managing non-conforming products. Requirements Degree in Engineering; Familiarity with technical documentation and digital systems (MES, etc.); Good knowledge of spoken and written English; Excellent communication skills and team work attitude; Autonomy, result-oriented, problem-solving, and operational flexibility; Ability to adapt to a dynamic and highly innovative environment; Desirable knowledge of HV battery systems, developed in an academic setting; Desirable brief work experience in the role; Experience in university projects or student teams will be considered a plus.
