Your Responsibilities * Leadership Skills * Lead the Procurement team, ensuring smooth operations and clear communication. * Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. * Set clear goals, delegate effectively, and provide guidance and feedback. * Supplier & Partner Management * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new manufacturing partners. * Represent the company professionally in supplier search, negotiations, and partnership building, ensuring reliability, quality, and adherence to agreed timelines. * Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure the best terms and ensure supplier commitment. * Frquently travel to manufacturers and suppliers, to build partnerships face-to-face and oversee operations directly on-site. * Manage supplier evaluations, performance reviews, and complaint resolution. * Supply Chain Operations * Bridge the gap between strategic supply chain management (planning, forecasting) and operational procurement, ensuring alignment and coordination within your team. * Establish, monitor, and improve procurement processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance. * Cross-Functional Collaboration * Collaborate closely with regulatory, logistics, finance, and marketing teams to align procurement with business needs. * Monitor KPIs, prepare regular management reports, and provide strategic recommendations. Qualifications & Skills * Bachelor- or Masterdegree. * Several years of work experience in a competitive business environment i.e. procurement, supply chain, sales. * Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or FMCG sector strongly preferred. * Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills: you know how to win people over and build trust. * Proactive mindset: you take initiative, anticipate challenges, and deliver solutions. * Strong negotiation skills and confidence in representing the company externally. * Hands-on attitude with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, international environment. * Fluent in English, German is an asset. * Valid driving license and travel documents.
