Joiner – Social Housing (Permanent Role) Location: Leeds Salary: Competitive Benefits Contract: Full-time, Permanent Agency: Anderselite – working on for behalf of a national contractor for a social housing provider We are currently recruiting for an experienced Joiner to join a dedicated social housing maintenance team on a permanent basis. What's on Offer: Company van and fuel card provided Tools and uniform supplied Permanent contract with full-time hours Variety of joinery work in tenanted and void properties Supportive working environment with opportunities for career development Key Responsibilities: Carry out all aspects of joinery including door hanging, kitchen fitting, flooring, and general repairs Respond to reactive and planned maintenance tasks Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations Communicate effectively with tenants and housing staff Maintain accurate records of work completed Requirements: NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Carpentry/Joinery Proven experience in domestic joinery, ideally within social housing Full UK driving licence (essential) Strong customer service skills and a professional approach Ability to work independently and manage your own workload If this role sounds like it is for you, please apply via the link or email
