Site Superintendent – Single-Family Home Builder (Calgary, AB) Are you a hands-on construction leader who thrives in the fast-paced world of residential building? Our client, a reputable single-family home builder in Calgary is seeking a Site Superintendent to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure homes are built to the highest standards. About the Role As Site Superintendent, you’ll be the on-site authority responsible for managing trades, schedules, and quality control. You’ll play a key role in delivering homes on time, on budget, and with pride. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily construction activities across multiple single-family home sites Coordinate and supervise trades, suppliers, and site personnel Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards Monitor project timelines, budgets, and progress reports Conduct site inspections and resolve construction issues proactively Collaborate with project managers, development teams, and municipal inspectors What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Superintendent in residential construction, ideally single-family homes Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and site safety Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain high-quality standards Excellent communication and leadership skills Familiarity with land development and municipal processes is an asset Master planning or community development experience is a bonus Location: Calgary, Alberta Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Work Environment: Primarily site-based with some office coordination
