Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat and referral business. Promote and sell used vehicles, achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets. Prospect and engage new customers through networking, referrals, and showroom activity. Guide customers through the entire sales process, from first contact to final delivery. Present vehicles professionally, highlighting features, benefits, and value. Provide accurate information on finance, insurance, and trade-in options. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction (CSI) through excellent service delivery. Stay up to date with vehicle models, pricing, promotions, and market trends. Maintain administrative accuracy and adhere to dealership processes and standards. Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS: Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate (essential) 23 years of proven vehicle sales experience (used or new vehicles) Valid Code B Drivers License Strong sales and negotiation skills with a target-driven mindset Computer literate MS Office and dealership systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High level of integrity, motivation, and professionalism Fluent in English and Afrikaans Fleet sales experience will be an advantage *ONLY SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONTACTED*
