Production Manager

An established and growing company in the food manufacturing sector is seeking a highly driven and experienced Production Manager to join their team in Cape Town. This is a senior leadership role reporting to the Factory Manager, ideal for someone with strong operational oversight and people management skills who thrives in a fast-paced FMCG environment. Requirements: Degree or Advanced Diploma in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or Business Studies. 5 years progressive food manufacturing experience, with at least 3 years in a production/operational role. Proven knowledge of equipment, process, and product design/commissioning. Strong leadership and relationship-building skills, especially with supervisors. Willingness to work shifts, occasional night shifts, and weekends. Own reliable vehicle and ability to manage overtime (leave in lieu).
