Key Responsibilities: Strategic Financial Leadership Financial Management & Reporting Budgeting and Forecasting Compliance and Risk Management Cash Flow & Treasury Management Cost Control & Profitability Team Leadership & Development Job Experience and Skills Required: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field. Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA) is mandatory . MBA or Masters in Finance is an added advantage. Minimum 810 years of progressive experience in finance roles, with at least 3 years in a senior finance leadership Experience in FMCG , alcoholic beverages , or distribution/logistics sectors is highly preferred. Experience managing audits, compliance, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar). Strong understanding of Ugandan tax laws , financial regulations, and reporting standards.
