FARM MANAGER

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Agricultural Diploma/Degree At least 10 years farm Manager experience essential Experience crop and cattle farming Computer literate Ability to work well independently and within a team Strong management and communication skills Being maintenance/mechanically orientated Valid drivers license RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Manage human resources and administration Land preparation for planting Veld management Water reticulation management eg cleaning of dams and water infrastructure Fence maintenance Animal management Trucks, tractor and implements maintenance Knowledge of soil nutrients, grain cultivars, fertilizer and pesticides utilisation Cattle management eg disease management and feedlot management ONLY short-listed candidates will be contacted
