The HR, Impact and Culture team coordinates all the activities related to human capital management , its motivation, talent acquisition and skills development. Contribute to the company’s growth and success by managing strategic projects that will have a direct impact on management control on an international scale. Specifically, you will be responsible for: Managing employee attendance and the necessary information for payroll processing. Overseeing the management and updating of contractual changes. Developing progressive autonomy in managing employee relations, starting with a shadowing/training period. What skills are we looking for? 1-2 years of previous experience, preferably gained within Staffing Agencies or an HR team. Solid knowledge of HR processes, themes, and regulations, and the fundamentals related to payslips.
