Job Description The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Trade Marketing at 3M Italy for the Consumer Market (brands such as Scotch, Post-it, Command, etc.), you will be responsible for managing the shopper marketing strategy for a portfolio of brands and its execution. Here, You Will Make An Impact By Identify, execute, and/or adapt specific programs for the distribution network, in alignment with the division's marketing strategy (New products, Seasonal programs, penetration programs, etc.). Identify and integrate shopper insights into the development of activities (based on the needs, attitudes, and behaviors of buyers at the time of decision: in-store/online/catalogs). Manage the local budget in accordance with the marketing strategy and network. Define and engage activation plans for your channel (Offline & online activities, trade marketing, sampling, in-store education, etc.). Develop a strong knowledge of the channel and act as the reference for the EMEA team. Drive the performance of engaged programs and optimize action plans. Provide support to sales teams during client meetings, trade shows, and customer events. Collaborate daily with the EMEA marketing team for the division, as well as with cross-functional expertise teams (E-commerce, Integrated Marketing, Insights), Key Accounts & Sales teams, and support functions (Pricing, Customer Service, Supply team). Your Skills And Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet the following minimum requirements: Master's degree in Business School or equivalent professional experience in product marketing or trade marketing. Experience in the retail sector required. Customer, Business, and Results-oriented. Ability to convince and engage sales teams. Ability to organize and prioritize in a changing environment. Enjoys challenges. Good listening skills, excellent communication, and a team player.
