Introduction: Mascor is a Company consisting of franchised Toyota dealerships in Greytown and Dalton. We offer professional and high-quality service and customer service standards. We offer professional and high-quality service and customer service standards. Mascor Toyota Greytown is currently seeking a Sales Executive for their Used vehicle department. RESPONSIBILITIES: Proactively engage with prospective customers via showroom floor, online leads, telephonic inquiries, and referrals. Conduct professional vehicle presentations, test drives, and product demonstrations. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles and value-added products (warranties, service plans, finance options). Negotiate trade-in values and finalise sales deals in line with dealership policies. Maintain regular follow-ups with potential and existing customers to secure repeat business. Proactively engage with prospective customers via showroom floor, online leads, telephonic inquiries, and referrals. Requirements: REQURIEMENTS: Grade 12 (essential). Computer literacy (MS Office, Dealer Management Systems, online lead platforms). Product knowledge of Toyota vehicles and competitors models. Previous experience as a sales executive in a dealership environment (used vehicles preferred). Strong sales and negotiation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. High energy level and results-driven mindset.
