Candidate requirements: Head Instructors FGASA Professional Field Guide & Professional Trails Guide NQF 4, VPDA, Advanced Rifle Handling (current or near completion) 510 years related industry experience Current NDT Registration, PDP & FGASA Membership Salary: Negotiable based on experience & qualifications Assistant Instructors FGASA Nature Site Guide (NQF 2/4) & FGASA Trails Guide (NQF 4) Advanced Rifle Handling (current) Industry-related experience Current NDT Registration & FGASA Membership PDP Candidate Responsibilities: Manage overall camp operations and daily activities at the training camps Plan and supervise maintenance of infrastructure, vehicles, and equipment Ensure all firearms and ammunition are securely stored, properly maintained, and fully operational Maintain strict safety standards for weapons and related equipment on-site Package: Live-in role - Single-tented accommodation provided Highly negotiable, market-related salaries based on experience and qualifications. Bonus incentive based on individual & company performance All roles include a 3-month probation period
