Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (SUMMARY): The SAIPA and SAICA trainee programmes each span three years and require candidates to achieve prescribed outcomes. SAIPA focuses on financial and management accounting, taxation, and advisory skills , while SAICA is more audit and assurance orientated , with emphasis on financial reporting, governance, and risk. Both programmes ensure trainees gain the competencies needed to qualify as a Professional Accountant (SA) or a Chartered Accountant (SA) . Full outcome lists are available on the official SAIPA and SAICA websites. REQUIREMENTS: Professional Qualification: Clear career path to qualify as PA(SA) (SAIPA) or CA(SA) (SAICA) Experience: No work experience required. Education: SAIPA: Accounting or finance degree completed or completing before end 2025 at a SAIPA recognised university. SAICA: Accounting/Auditing degree completed or completing before end 2025 at a SAICA recognised university, preferably currently busy with PGDA. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Transport: Must have own reliable vehicle (for occasional client visits). Languages: Prefer Afrikaans home language (clients and company culture). Other Requirements: Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and demonstrate leadership qualities. SALARY BRACKET: R15 000 CTC p/m (SAIPA) R18000 - R20000 CTC p/m (SAICA - depending on academic level) TO APPLY: Apply in the provided link with your CV.
