Camp Manager, Luxury Tented Camp

Requirements Previous management experience in a luxury lodge or tented camp (essential). Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Exceptional guest service orientation with attention to detail. Knowledge of hospitality operations, staff training, and HR basics. Financial acumen (budgeting, reporting, procurement). Valid drivers license; FGASA or guiding knowledge beneficial. Couples with complementary skills (FOH/F&B Maintenance/Guiding) will also be considered.
