Job Description
Key Responsibilities Generate new residential sales and grow client relationships. Manage and oversee Sites from start to completion , ensuring seamless execution. Prepare and send accurate quotes , follow up with clients, and secure approvals by following up. Order equipment as per project requirements and liaise with suppliers for pricing. Maintain excellent communication with clients and the internal team to ensure satisfaction. Maintain communication with Suppliers for prices. Requirements Minimum 5 years experience in sales and project management (residential sales in air conditioning preferred). Strong knowledge of sales processes and quoting . Excellent communication skills in Afrikaans and English , both written and spoken. Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel (AutoCAD experience is an advantage). A valid drivers license and own reliable transport are essential. A certificate or diploma in Sales will be an added advantage. Aircon knowledge advantage. Ideal Candidate Friendly, professional, and well-mannered. Highly organized with strong time-management skills. Self-driven with a passion for customer service and closing deals.
