Position Summary: The HR Generalist will support a wide range of HR functions including employee relations, onboarding support and administration, performance management, data integrity and compliance—with a particular focus on promoting and maintaining health and safety standards across the organization. This role is ideal for someone passionate about creating a positive employee experience while ensuring regulatory compliance and workplace safety. Key Responsibilities: Support onboarding, ensuring new hires are trained in all aspects of Bayshore's regulations, including health and safety protocols Champion workplace health and safety initiatives in collaboration with the Health & Safety Officer Assist in the development and enforcement of HR policies aligned with healthcare regulations and safety standards Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and wellness support Maintain accurate HRIS records and ensure documentation complies with privacy and safety regulations Monitor compliance with occupational health and safety legislation and internal safety procedures Participate in incident investigations, documentation and support corrective action planning in a timely manner Promote a culture of safety, respect, and continuous improvement Why Join Us?
