Requirements Previous experience as a Pastry Chef or CDP in a fine dining or boutique hotel environment. Formal culinary qualification (advantageous). Strong pastry skills with creativity and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen. Team player with a positive attitude and passion for hospitality. Willingness to relocate or commute to Simons Town. Package Competitive salary (dependent on experience). Staff meals provided. Growth opportunities within the property group.
