Job Description
Responsibilities: Develop and maintain office support systems and collaborate support services. Drive innovation and technology by focusing on automation and advancing current office systems Accurate record keeping of relevant documentation and working towards automation Manage office facilities, liaise with service providers and procurement coordination Provide administration support to executive team Qualifications & Requirements: Degree or diploma in information systems or other relevant tertiary education with a proven track record in IT Experience within the field of Information Technology, considering automation and innovation High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint) Familiarity with Syspro systems (advantageous) Able to take ownership of systems and processes as well as advancing current internal systems and processes. Strong numeracy and basic financial understanding
