Site Manager

Duties: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail site, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of retail staff, ensuring high performance and strong customer service. Manage inventory control, including stock levels, replenishment, and stocktake processes. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Ensure store compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards. Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure an excellent shopping experience. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance store efficiency. Control budgets and oversee financial operations, including sales, expenses, and profit margins. Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure product availability and timely deliveries. Maintain high visual merchandising standards in line with company guidelines. Requirements: 4-6 years of experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role. Proven track record in managing a team and driving retail performance. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively. In-depth knowledge of inventory management, sales targets, and retail operations. Financial acumen with experience in managing budgets and profitability.
