Lodge Management Couple

Minimum requirements: Matric plus any related hospitality/tourism qualifications 8 Years of relevant hospitality industry experience at a senior level Combined skills and experience between the couple will be considered Solid Food and Beverage knowledge, including menu development and wine expertise Basic knowledge of local fauna and flora (advantageous) Basic computer literacy Valid drivers license Live-in position couple must be comfortable living on-site Key Responsibilities: Oversee reservations, reception, housekeeping, grounds, administration, cost control, and overall lodge operations Deliver an exceptional guest experience with warmth and professionalism Lead, motivate, and manage staff effectively across multiple departments Ensure smooth day-to-day running of lodge operations with attention to detail and service excellence Manage food and beverage operations, including menu planning, costing, presentation, and wine service Provide maintenance oversight and ensure property standards are upheld Consultant: Gillian Ngwenyama - Dante Personnel Mpumalanga
