Head of Engineering & Operations

Requirements: 10 years of senior engineering & operations leadership experience. Tertiary qualification is essential. Background in mechanical / electrical / controls engineering (pumps, water systems, or manufacturing experience a strong plus). Proven ability to scale teams and operations in a high-growth environment. Strong knowledge of production operations, quality systems, and project delivery. A collaborative, forward-thinking leader excited to take on the challenge of relocation and expansion . Afrikaans and English first language.
