Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure daily cleaning schedules are adhered to. Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and compliance with hotel standards. Support the Executive Housekeeper in implementing housekeeping procedures, including linen management and stock control. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure quality service delivery. Assist in training, guiding, and mentoring housekeeping staff. Report housekeeping issues, maintenance needs, and incidents to the Executive Housekeeper. Ensure cleaning supplies and linen are stocked and properly stored. Monitor and maintain hygiene, health, and safety compliance in all housekeeping activities. Assist in preparing housekeeping reports for senior management. Desired Experience & Qualification Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a housekeeping supervisory role, preferably in hospitality. Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures and standards. Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Attention to detail and high service standards. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays. Basic computer literacy for reporting and record
