Minimum requirements: NQF Level 4 qualification Valid VPDA (Vehicle Professional Driving Permit) FGASA Level 3 certification Advanced Trails Guide certification Current Advanced Rifle Handling certification (or close to attaining) 5 years' related industry experience Current NDT registration Valid PDP (Professional Driving Permit) Active and up-to-date FGASA membership is essential Responsibilities: Oversee the overall management and running of the camp Plan and manage maintenance of camp infrastructure, vehicles, and equipment Ensure all firearms and ammunition are safe, maintained, and in good working order Liaise with Reserve Management on concession-related matters Manage camp staff (cooks, cleaners, and coordinators), ensuring smooth operations Mentor students on work placements or volunteer programmes, ensuring their development plans are followed Deliver an inspirational and immersive learning experience for all course participants Plan and facilitate daily training activities and bush experiences Ensure academic requirements are met, including lectures, tests, and assessments Manage related administration and reporting accurately and on time Consultant: Lynette Wolmarans - Dante Personnel Mpumalanga
