Night Auditor

Location: Franschhoek, Cape Town Overview Seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Night Auditor to ensure smooth overnight operations, accurate financial reporting, and excellent guest service. The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to maintaining high service standards. Key Responsibilities: Overseeing front desk operations during night shifts Processing and reconciling daily financial transactions Preparing and distributing night audit reports Handling guest check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries Monitoring hotel security and safety procedures Assisting with reservations and guest requests Ensuring accurate recordkeeping and data entry Requirements: Previous experience in front office or accounting roles preferred Strong numerical and analytical skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in property management systems and MS Office Ability to work independently and remain attentive during night hours High level of accuracy and attention to detail
