Lodge Manager

Nestled in a pristine wilderness oasis, this lodge features twelve exquisitely crafted suites. The ideal candidate must be a natural leader with a strong commitment to service excellence and a desire to contribute to a meaningful mission. This position requires flexibility, resilience, and an interest in wellness and wilderness living. Ideal for candidates who enjoy remote living and working closely with a tight-knit team. Candidate requirements: Strong hospitality or lodge management background, ideally within safari, wellness, or retreat lodges. Familiarity with wellness modalities (yoga, meditation, spa, wellness programming) would be an advantage. Proven experience leading and developing diverse on-site teams across service departments Strong administrative, multitasking, and guest service skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities This is a live-in position - uniform and meals will be provided. The lodge supplies plant-based or vegetarian food, although you are allowed to bring your own non-plant-based to consume in your own accommodation. 3 weeks on duty, followed by 1 week off.
