Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to incoming sales inquiries. Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable solutions. Manage orders end-to-end, from processing through to delivery. Provide support to the external sales team and collaborate on joint sales efforts. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and awareness of competitor activity. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities. Build strong, long-term customer relationships through effective communication. Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally. Keep accurate sales records and activity logs. Contribute to achieving branch and overall sales targets. Requirements: Previous experience in internal sales or sales co-ordination (experience in technical or equipment sales an advantage). Strong product knowledge and the ability to match solutions to customer needs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Customer-focused with a professional and service-oriented approach. Proficient in CRM or sales support systems. Self-motivated, results-driven and a team player. Strong organizational and time-management skills. High integrity and professionalism when representing the business.
