Architectural Draughtsman

Qualifications & Experience: National Diploma or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology / Draughting . Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, or Civil 3D if engineering-focused). Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing. Familiarity with SANS building codes, municipal by-laws, and industry standards. Minimum 25 years experience as an Architectural Draughtsman, preferably within an engineering or construction company. Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings. Strong technical accuracy and attention to detail. Good communication and teamwork skills for working with engineers, contractors, and clients. Advantage: Registration with SACAP (South African Council for the Architectural Profession).
