An opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer to start a new department for the brand new office opening of a well-established firm. The right candidate will need connections or to be a strong business developer. Work will be referred from the firm's other office and departments, but they need to develop local relationships with estate agents and so on. Candidate Criteria: Qualified as a Solicitor or Legal Executive of 5 PQE. Specialist in Residential Conveyancing. Excellent client care from building client relationships to maintaining a client base. Ability to handle a varied caseload and meet deadlines under pressure.
