Top100LawfirmlocatedinGuildfordseekaSeniorAssociatetojointthePrivateWealthTeam,theteamworkspredominantlywithindividualsfallingintothe"high-net-worth"category(whichtypicallyreferstothosewithpersonalassetstotalling£5m-£20m)acrossthefullspectrumofprivateclientmatters.ThiswillincludetakinginstructionsonthepreparationofWills,LastingPowersofAttorney,lifetimeandsuccessionplanning,IHTandCGTplanning,estateadministration,aswellasthecreation,administration,andwindingupoftrusts. CoreDutiesandExperience: AqualifiedSolicitororLegalExecutivewithpriorexperienceintheareaofPrivateWealth(akaPrivateClient). Weareideallyseekingsomebodywithatleast7yearsworthofexperienceofmanagingtheirowncaseloadofprivateclientmatters.Ultimately,butwillalsolookatcandidateswhoarekeentotakethatnextstepintoaSeniorAssociaterole,andwhoarekeentodevelopfurtheraspartofourspecialistteam. Youwillhaveexperiencein,orakeeninteresttobeinvolvedin,marketingandbusinessdevelopmentactivities.
