Isn’t it time you joined a firm where your skills will be recognised and valued? The Role Join a busy residential conveyancing team working alongside an experienced Team Leader and Paralegal. Progress residential property transactions including sales, purchases, and remortgages. Handle initial instruction paperwork and correspondence. Manage sale enquiries, liaising with clients, agents, and third parties. Review mortgage offers, searches, and titles, raising and responding to enquiries. Draft and prepare client reports and contracts. Liaise with lenders on redemption figures, mortgage releases, and COT submissions. Oversee exchange and completion preparations including statements, invoices, and bank details. Draft SDLT forms and process Help to Buy paperwork. Assist with post-completion matters and maintain accurate case management records. Support your Team Leader in nurturing strong referrer relationships. You An experienced Conveyancer with proven expertise in residential property. Confident working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while keeping attention to detail. Enthusiastic, hardworking, and proactive. Organised and capable of meeting tight deadlines under pressure. Adaptable, approachable, and committed to client care.
