Responsibilities include planning and managing test campaigns focusing on mechanical properties, analyzing results, sharing outcomes, and collaborating with departments such as Design, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and suppliers. Qualifications: Materials/Nanotechnology/Engineering Master Degree or similar Broad knowledge of metallic materials and production processes Experience with characterization tests, especially mechanical tests Basic knowledge of fracture mechanics (a plus) Experience with international standards (a plus) Desired Skills: Commitment, precision, flexibility, proactivity, reliability Self-organization and motivation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent teamwork and communication skills Availability for short and long-term business travels Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Note: Due to the nature of work, candidates should be EU Citizens.
