Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) - $1,660 per week in Kaplan, LA

Job Title: Occupational Therapist Profession: Rehabilitation Therapy Specialty: Occupational Therapist Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Monday to Friday, Days Hours per Shift: Guaranteed 32 hours Experience: New graduates are welcome. SNF experience preferred. License: Current state license required. Certifications: License verification is required. Must-Have: Candidates must complete and attach the prescreen along with a resume. References from three individuals are required. Background checks must include county criminal, federal criminal, multi-state criminal search, nationwide sex offender search, HHS/OIG search, GSA search, social security number trace, and a negative drug screen. Description: Ensure the prescreen is completed and attached upon submitting the candidate. A resume and license verification also need to be attached. If these items are not completed and attached, the candidate will be declined. Covid test must be completed 72 hours prior to the start date with results issued 48 hours prior to starting. Candidates should review the credentialing checklist prior to submission. Background checks must cover the last seven years for all counties lived and worked. A one-step PPD or Quantiferon or proof of a positive PPD and chest X-ray is required. All candidates must meet the necessary licensing and credentialing requirements. A negative drug screen is required for consideration.
