License: Valid state license required. Certifications: License verification is necessary. Must-Have: - SNF experience preferred. - Covid test required 72 hours prior to start date, with results issued 48 hours prior. A county criminal background check (7 years for all counties lived and worked) is needed. A federal criminal background check (7 years or more) is required.
