Travel Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) - $1,168 per week in Longview, WA

Job Title: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Profession: Rehabilitation Therapy Specialty: COTA Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Monday to Friday, Days Hours per Shift: 32 Experience: New graduates are welcome. License: Active state license required. Certifications: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant credential required. Must-Have: - Completion of prescreening form - Resume and license verification attached - SNF experience preferred - Covid test required 72 hours prior to start date with results issued 48 hours prior Description: Ensure the prescreening form is filled out and attached when submitting a candidate. Resume and license verification also need to be attached. If these items are not completed and attached, the candidate will be declined. Three references are required. Background checks including county criminal, federal criminal, multi-state criminal search, nationwide sex offender search, HHS/OIG search, GSA search, and social security number trace are mandatory. A two-step PPD or Quantiferon test or proof of a positive PPD and chest X-ray is needed. Candidates must undergo a Washington State background check with fingerprints required by the facility.
