Bilingual Cleaner Foreman

Job Description Job Description We are looking for Bilingual Cleaner Foreman who is driven, responsible and looking to grow with our rapidly expanding commercial construction companies. We are looking for someone to manage crews and to assist on our sites with all basic cleaner needs as well as eventually lead a cleaning crew. Company vehicle provided, and you must be willing to drive around Denver metro and northern Colorado. Typical work schedule would be 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday (Full-time 40hrs week) Responsibilities: *Ability to handle simple tasks including but not limited to - Site clean-up - Installing weather protection - General Labor - Picking up trash - Final Clean - Lead cleaning crew - Organizing Tools Requirements: - Bilingual in English and Spanish - Reliable transportation and ability to travel - Attention to detail - Ability to work in fast paced environments - Effectively communicate with clients Job Posted by ApplicantPro
