Job Coaches/Direct Support Providers for ABA Day Program - Weekends Off Guaranteed hours https://www.indeed.com/cmp/Adult -Enrichment-Center Starting Pay $18.50 $21.00 Upon completing 4 months of employment, hourly pay will be increased to $20 hourly. Team members with the desire to grow, can earn an additional $1 hourly for level 3 and $2 hourly for level 4. Additional pay for AA/Bachelors degree Additional pay for RBT. RBT training available IN HOUSE AEC runs a 1:2 service ratio; 1 team member to two persons served Joining AEC is the difference between a job versus a career.
