Job Description Job Description South Tampa agency is growing again. They need 2 people with at least 7 years of experience working in middle market to larger self-funded accounts. One desk is heavy self-funded; the other one is middle market with some self-funded. Everyone who meets them loves them and would love to work for this group. They have a very family-oriented culture in a great location. This agency has very little turnover and offers a great work-life balance. Must have a 2-18 insurance license. Once you are fully trained and have been with them a while, you can be in the office as little as one day a week, but that is earned, not given automatically. They want people who have a stable work history and like to come in and do their job with minimal supervision and need little training. They are on AMS360, so previous experience with that system would be ideal.
