Job Description Job Description The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for implementing and executing strategic marketing plans to attract potential customers and retain existing ones for Titan Technologies. This role will coordinate with other departments to ensure marketing efforts align with the overall company goals. The Marketing Coordinator will plan and coordinate outreach and marketing efforts to achieve agreed goals and objectives, including client retention and acquisition campaigns, as well as event planning and communication. He/she will track initiative metrics and report on outcomes monthly or ongoing campaign basis. The Marketing Coordinator is accountable for creating both social media and online campaign design style and presentation. They will work closely with outside service providers and oversee the accuracy of their work, ensuring on-time delivery and that work is delivered within budget. This role requires experience with event planning activities and general administrative accountability. Key Responsibilities: Planning: · Implement marketing strategies that align with the company's business goals. · Manage annual marketing budgets. Content Management: · Manage and update the company’s website and social media platforms. · Assist in the creation, editing, and proofreading of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and presentations. · Coordinate the distribution of marketing materials. Digital Marketing : · Manage the company’s online presence, including website, social media, and email marketing. · Utilize SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing techniques to increase web traffic and conversions. · Analyze web analytics and make data-driven decisions. Brand Management: · Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing materials. · Develop and maintain a strong brand presence in the market. · Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, newsletters, and website content. Campaign Support: · Planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels · Coordinate with external vendors and agencies. · Effectively work with and guide vendors and clients to ensure every aspect of any project, meeting, or event is coordinated and executed flawlessly. · Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns. · Improve upon the effect of every campaign, constantly seeking ways to increase the performance of each activity and investment and communicate the results to co-workers. · Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics and insights. · Reliably assess, communicate, and provide solutions to marketing, systems, and operational challenges. Customer Relationship Management and Engagement: · Maintain and update the customer database with 100% accuracy · Assist in managing customer inquiries and feedback. · Coordinate customer surveys and other feedback mechanisms. · Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty. · Manage customer feedback and use insights to improve marketing strategies. · Organize and oversee promotional events and product launches. Administrative Support: · Perform daily administrative tasks such as answering phones, maintaining customer relationship management tool (CRM), preparing presentations and documents. · Maintain and update marketing calendars and schedules · Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for sales team members. · Represent company at industry events. Qualifications: Education: · Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: · 2-5 years of experience in a marketing role or similar position. · Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms. · Prior leadership and management experience is a plus. Skills: · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Strong organizational and time-management skills · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Email, Calendar functions, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). · Ability to schedule and lead remote meetings through video conferencing software (Microsoft Teams and zoom) · Familiarity with marketing software (e.g., Keap, Hubspot, online analytics, Google AdWords). · Ability to work independently and as part of a team. · High attention to detail and problem-solving skills · Skilled in planning and coordinating successful events including venue selection, negotiation, and budget management. · Customer centric mindset. Competencies : · Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. · Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with various stakeholders. · Creative thinking and the ability to contribute innovative ideas. · A proactive approach to tasks and the ability to take initiative. Working Conditions: · Typical office environment with occasional travel for events or training (approximately 4-6 time/year) May require occasional work outside regular business hours to meet deadlines.
