Associate Attorney

Job Description Job Description Dross Berman LLC is an established personal injury litigation firm seeking an associate attorney. The proper candidate will have 3 to 10 years of personal injury litigation experience, including District Court trial experience and at least some level of Circuit Court involvement and/or trial work. We are located in North Bethesda/Rockville. The ideal candidate will have experience and expertise in overseeing multiple pre-litigation paralegals, drafting and negotiating settlement demands, and the preparation and of filing pleadings in both district and circuit courts. As well as district court and circuit court trial work. Barred in Maryland is a must, DC and/or Virginia is a plus. Additional helpful skills include excellent organizational, communication, presentation and legal writing skills with a high level of attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and work independently at times; strong negotiation and problem solving skills and a high degree of professional ethics and integrity.
