Job Description Job Description Entry-Level Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative Great opportunity for someone with strong communication and problem-solving skills who enjoys helping customers and learning new things! This is a contract-to-hire role with a well-established company offering full benefits after hire. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pay Range: $19–$22/hr (based on experience) Employment Type: Contract to Hire Benefits: Insurance offered, weekly pay, full benefits upon permanent hire What You'll Do: Talk with customers by phone, email, or in person to answer questions and provide product information Create and follow up on price quotes and estimates Help customers choose the right products and services for their needs Build positive relationships with customers and gather feedback Assist with resolving customer concerns and escalate issues when needed Support the field service team with scheduling, billing, and paperwork Help with purchasing tasks when needed What We're Looking For: Basic computer skills (email, data entry, etc.) Friendly and professional communication—both written and verbal Good attention to detail and ability to stay organized Willingness to learn and take on new tasks Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize effectively Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Communications, Sales, or similar) preferred but not required Why This Role is Great for You: No advanced experience required —just a willingness to learn and grow!
