Job Description Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual (English/Spanish) Leasing & Construction Specialist to join our team. This role involves overseeing apartment leasing, coordinating construction projects, and ensuring smooth rental operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in property management and construction, with a strong ability to multitask and communicate effectively. Responsibilities: Manage leasing activities, including marketing, tenant screening, and lease agreements. Coordinate apartment construction and renovation projects to ensure timely completion. Utilize Rent Manager software for property management tasks (knowledge of Rent Manager is a plus). Conduct property tours and assist potential tenants with inquiries. Ensure compliance with local rental laws and building codes. Work closely with contractors, vendors, and maintenance teams. Travel as needed for site visits and project oversight. Qualifications: Experience in apartment leasing, property management, or construction. Bilingual in English and Spanish (required). Proficiency in Rent Manager software is a plus. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to travel as needed.
