Job Description Job Description Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman with a strong background in civil construction . This is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee project teams, ensure quality work, and maintain safety standards. Location & Schedule: Monday–Friday in Riverside, CA (home on weekends) Travel 95%–100% of the time to various project sites Housing provided while on projects Pay: $30–$35/hr (DOE) Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage construction crews on concrete and civil projects Ensure quality workmanship and attention to detail on every project Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients Follow safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment Coordinate schedules, materials, and project logistics Qualifications: Proven experience as a Foreman or lead in concrete/civil construction Strong attention to detail and leadership skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Reliable, hardworking, and able to travel extensively Perks & Benefits: Competitive pay: $30–$35/hr.
