Finisher (Polisher) - 1st shift

Volt is immediately hiring for a Finisher (Polisher) for a company located in Huntington Beach, CA. As a Finisher (Polisher) you will: Smoothing and shining surfaces of various materials using hand and power tools. Polishers prepare surfacers by cleaning, sanding and grinding to remove imperfections like scratches or dullness. Operate all coating equipment including guns, hoppers, and booth collection systems. Observe machine gauges and equipment operation to detect defects. Bake parts at appropriate temperatures within limitations. Knowledge of electrostatic coatings, wash, and pretreatments. Ensure that all components are produced/coated efficiently and are consistent with company established goals for quality and customer order on-time performance. This is a full time opportunity. 5 days a week. 8 hours per day. The ideal candidate will have: 2-3 years with manufacturing experience Must have experience with smoothing and shining surfaces of various materials using hand and power tools. Polishers prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, or grinding to remove imperfections like scratches. Shift: 5:15 AM to 2:00 PM Days: Monday through Friday and occasionally overtime on Saturday Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
