Job Description As a senior headhunter you will help us find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden. Living standards in Sweden are excellent, and we need a lot of engineers. Your job will be to find them and inform them about the benefits of living and working in Sweden. To move to another country is a major life move, so a lot of your job will be to build trust with suitable candidates. You will be supported by a competent global team of recruiters, an executive management team in Sweden, and a Swedish delivery management team that handles relocation logistics for our consultants. In short, we fix everything for our employees — visa, work permits, tickets, housing, and more. Our clients are primarily in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. Your work will be planned and executed with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam. Responsibilities Identify and recruit engineers for Swedish IT industry roles. Build trust with candidates and inform them about benefits of living and working in Sweden. Collaborate with global recruiting teams and Swedish management to facilitate relocations. Coordinate with Swedish delivery management to handle all relocation logistics. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for clients across multiple sectors. Required Competence At least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment, or similar technical experience. A solid and well-proven network of local IT engineering talent. Extremely service-oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solution. High quality and brand awareness. Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing. Upper intermediate English. Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies. Analytical, well organized with attention to details and ability to close recruitment requests. Self-confident, friendly, outgoing, with high self-motivation. Resilient and persistent with a constructive approach to challenges. Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues and customers. Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance. Extent & Duration Start ASAP. Full-time, long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur. Minimum 12 months. Eight hours of work per day, Monday to Friday. Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex. Location: Remote or from a co-location center of your choice.
