Overview Experienced Recruiter for the Swedish IT Industry. Sweden needs skilled engineers, with about 30 000 engineers projected by 2030. Currently there are around 200 open positions for Software Engineers with our clients in Sweden. The role involves helping engineers relocate and start new careers in Sweden, supported by a global recruitment team and Swedish delivery management for relocation logistics. Our clients operate in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. You will plan and execute recruitment activities with colleagues across Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam. Our core values are joy, trust, and professionalism. Responsibilities Find engineers who are ready to relocate to Sweden and inform them about the benefits of living and working there. Build trust with suitable candidates and manage the relocation process. Collaborate with a competent global team of recruiters and the executive management team in Sweden. Coordinate with the Swedish delivery management team to handle practical relocation matters (visa, work permits, housing, travel, etc.). Coordinate and support the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure a smooth candidate experience. Contribute to a high-quality recruitment operation with a client-focused approach. Qualifications At least 5 years of professional experience in recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience. A solid and well-proven network of local IT engineering talent. Extremely service-oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solution for each challenge. High quality and brand awareness, with understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing concepts. Upper intermediate English. Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies quickly. Analytical, well organized, detail-oriented, and capable of identifying and closing a recruitment request. Self-confident, sociable, friendly, and self-motivated; resilient and able to handle setbacks. Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues, and customers. Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance.
