Overview Experienced Recruiter For The Swedish IT Industry Sweden needs skilled engineers. Our clients currently have about 200 open positions for Software Engineers in Sweden. As a senior headhunter, your role is to find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden and inform them about the benefits of living and working there. You will work with a global recruiting team and a Swedish delivery management team that handles relocation logistics. Responsibilities Identify and recruit engineers with a solid, well-proven network within IT. Build trust with suitable candidates during the relocation process. Explain and promote the benefits of living and working in Sweden. Collaborate with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam. Coordinate relocation-related tasks with the Swedish delivery management team (visa, work permits, housing, travel, etc.). Support the end-to-end candidate journey from outreach to placement, maintaining high service quality and responsiveness. Qualifications At least 5 years of professional recruitment experience in the IT sector or similar technical experience. A solid and well-proven network of local IT engineering talent. Extremely service-oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solutions. High quality and brand awareness. Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing. Upper-intermediate English proficiency. Knowledge of several contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies quickly. Analytical, well-organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to identify and close recruitment requests. Self-confident, social, friendly, outgoing, with high self-motivation. Resilient, able to handle rejection and persist to achieve targets. Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues, and customers. Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance. Employment Details Employment type: Full-time. Seniority level: Mid-Senior level. Job function: Human Resources. Location: Remote or from a co-working/relocation-friendly center. Remuneration: Starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
