Requirements / Qualifications At least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or related technical experience. Solid network of local IT engineering talent. Service-oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solution. High quality and brand awareness. Understanding of headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing. Upper intermediate English. Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies. Analytical, well organized with attention to detail; able to identify and close recruitment requests. Self-confident, sociable, motivated, and proactive. Resilient with the ability to handle setbacks and stay motivated. Passionate about success with a professional yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues, and customers. Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance. Offer / Details Location: Remote or from a co-location center of your choice. Employment type: Full-time; long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur. Hours: 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday. Remuneration: starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes. Benefits: 20 paid vacation days; paid travel, housing, and per diem; free national holidays with maintained payment.
